Jesmonite Thixotrope is a special additive that can be added to the AC100 and AC300 systems to adjust the viscosity of the mix. It is especially useful when applying the first layer to the mold, as it prevents the material from flowing and ensures the desired layer thickness.

Main features:

• Viscosity adjustment: Allows you to freely adjust the thickness of the mixture according to the user's needs.
• Layer thickness: Enables the application of a 1mm - 3mm thick layer without the material running off the mold.
• Making a paste: It is also suitable for making a paste, which can be used as a repair filler and as an adhesive for joining two laminates.

Directions for use:

• Mixing Procedure: Add Thixotrope to AC100 or AC300 mix and mix until desired viscosity is reached.
• Applying the first layer: When applying the first layer, apply the mixture to the form with a brush or spatula. Thixotrope prevents the material from flowing, thus providing a smooth and even surface.
